On Monday & Wednesday from 8.30-9.30 instructor Sara Thom Pinto holds a Tabata-style workout class that features sets of high intensity exercise to really burn the calories.
On Tuesday & Thursday she holds an  Aqua Power class from 10.30-11.30 involving flotation devices to help develop core strength.
Frances Robitzsch also holds classes on Monday / Wednesday / Friday morning from 10.45-11.45 designed to increase mobility and range of motion.
​Classes can be attended on a pay as you go basis for $8.00
