On Monday & Friday from 8.15-9.15 instructor Sara Thom Pinto holds a Tabata-style workout class that features sets of high intensity exercise to really burn the calories.
On Tuesday & Thursday she holds an Aqua Power class from 10.30-11.30 involving flotation devices to help develop core strength.
Susan Eagan has a weekly class on Wednesday at 8.15am and a Saturday class at 10.00am.
Frances Robitzsch also holds classes on Monday / Wednesday / Friday morning from 11.00-12.00 designed to increase mobility and range of motion.
Classes can be attended on a pay as you go basis for $8 or via the purchase of a discounted punch card costing $75 that offers 11 classes for less than the price of ten. If you attend more than 11 classes within one month then those EXTRA classes are ALL FREE and included in the $75 card.
