On Monday & Friday from 8.15-9.15 instructor Sara Thom Pinto holds a Tabata-style workout class that features sets of high intensity exercise to really burn the calories.
On Tuesday & Thursday she holds an Aqua Power class from 10.30-11.30 involving flotation devices to help develop core strength.
Susan Eagan has a weekly class on Wednesday at 8.15am and a Saturday class at 10.00am.
Frances Robitzsch also holds classes on Monday / Wednesday / Friday morning from 11.00-12.00 designed to increase mobility and range of motion.
New instructor Estelle holds a Step Aerobics class on Tuesday & Thursday morning from 8.15-9.15am and on Monday evening from 6.00-7.00pm
Classes can be attended on a pay as you go basis for $8 or via the purchase of a discounted punch card costing $75 that offers 11 classes for less than the price of ten.
