Water Aerobics
On Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8.30-9.30 instructor Sara Thom Pinto holds a Tabata-style workout class that features sets of high intensity exercise to really burn the calories. On Tuesday & Thursday she holds an Aqua Power class from 10.30-11.30 involving flotation devices to help develop core strength. Frances Robitzsch also holds classes on Monday / Wednesday / Friday morning from 10.45-11.45 designed to increase mobility and range of motion. On Tuesday & Thursday the NSB Ladies Group hold their own Aerobics class from 8.30-9.30 |
Classes can be attended on a pay as you go basis for $7.50 or via the purchase of a discounted punch card costing $75 that offers 11 classes for the price of ten.
If you attend more than 11 classes within 1 month or wish to come and swim laps at other times then those EXTRA visits are ALL FREE and included in the $75 card.
